Here is exactly what you need to know to get your dream build rolling. Remember, we are here to assist you every step of the way.

Step 1 - Pick Your Frame

Whether you are guided by one of our experts or you already know what you want, pick that baby out!

Step 2 - Check Out

Add your frame to the cart and check out. In the "Notes" field of your order, please note that you are looking to complete a custom build. Feel free to add any initial details you have. 

Step 3 - Share The Stoke

Within 24hrs you will receive communication from one of our custom build experts. This is where the fun starts! You will discuss all the details of your build, the awesome adventures you plan to have, and when you want to have them. Our expert will gather details about your bike fit, gear preferences, budget...etc. If you are local, we encourage you to come into the shop so you can see all this amazing gear in person. 

Step 4 - Review Your Quote

Shortly after your discussion, you will receive a quote custom tailored to you. The quote will include all parts, labor, and availability. 

Step 5 - Fine Tune It

We will work with you as long as you need to fine tune the details of your build to meet your budget, timeline, and individual needs.

Step 6 - Make It Happen

Once the rest of your build is dialed in, it is time to get the parts rolling in and the bike built! We require payment in full for all ordered parts when doing custom builds. Once payment is received, all the wheels will be put in motion. 

Step 7 - The Hardest Part

Waiting! Don't worry, we will do everything we can to make sure you don't wait too long. All custom builds get top priority for parts ordering and assembly. 

Step 8 - New Bike Day

The absolute best day of the year! You've done your research, reviewed all the options, dreamed of adventures, and now the day is here. You get a call from your build expert telling you it is time to come ride your new bike. We will arrange a time for you to come in and take delivery of your new pride and joy. We will spend time with you ensuring the fit of the bike suits you, accessories are installed, and you are in love. After that we will high-five and send you out to put your new bike to the test. 

Step 9 - Don't Be A Stranger

We offer 6 months of unlimited, free adjustments. Come in and see us as you and your new bike get acquainted. We want to make sure you love it and enjoy every minute you spend together.
