Rental Bike Program

Who’s it for?

Anyone who wants to have the best cycling experience possible on their vacation or to try something new!

Where to ride?

How do I get started?

  • Email pedalrental@gmail.com, call or stop by and chat with one of our staff members.
  • Sign our waiver online and bring in your ID and a major credit card when you come to pick up your rental.
  • The bike is yours to ride for 24 hours.
  • Each bike rental includes a helmet and flat repair kit.

Tips

  • Try to plan a week out, especially in the busy summer months.
  • Measure your seat height and memorize it. This will help us get you set up!
  • Know what pedals your prefer (or bring them!) and we will most likely have a set for you to use.
  • Don’t ride wet, muddy trails. We care about the health of our local trail systems.
  • Ask questions! We are here to help and can guide you to the best riding in town.
  • Have a plan for safe transportation and storage of our rental bikes when they are in your possession.
  • Bring a parent if you are under 18 years old.

Damage Policy

We do our best to provide awesome rental bikes for our customers. We are able to provide these bikes because we make sure that any damage done to our bikes is repaired as quickly as possible. This keeps our rental fleet safe and fun for you to ride. Please review the following guidelines regarding our rental fleet.

  • Riders will be given the opportunity to assess rental bikes and address any concerns before they are taken out.
  • All bikes will be assessed for crash damage upon return. Please plan to allow for at least 10 minutes for this inspection when you drop the bike off.
  • You will be asked if any crashes occurred. Please be honest, as any crash damage can pose a safety concern to future riders.
  • All components that are damaged and require replacement will be charge at the expense of the rider who purchased the rental.
  • Replacement parts will be charged at our cost.
  • We aim to be fair and reasonable without financially compromising our ability to continue providing rental services.
  • Detailed notes will be kept on each bike, its condition, and any prior damage and/or repairs that have been done.
  • Thank you for understanding and adhering to these policies!
