Many chains use a master link that allows the chain to be installed and removed by hand. The TWB-36 is a crow foot style wrench used with any 3/8-inch drive torque wrench and drive tools with 36mm wrench flats such as Park Tool LRT-2, LRT-3, LRT-4 and BBT-18 to verify components are torqued to the correct specification.
